The Company, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, announces that it has been notified that Susie Farnon, current Audit Committee chairman of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive Director of Ruffer Investment Company Limited, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 September 2022. 

Mrs Farnon is scheduled to retire as a non-executive Director of HICL at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 20 July 2022, having served on the board for nine years.
