("Molten Ventures" or the "Company")
Grant of Options to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
Molten Ventures PLC (LSE: GROW, Euronext Dublin: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses, announces that options (the "Options") over a total of 754,719 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been awarded to certain PDMRs of the Company pursuant to the Company's 2021 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and 2021 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP"), as set out below.
The Options awarded under the LTIP have a nominal value exercise of 1p price and are subject to LTIP performance conditions which, together with a summary of the LTIP, are set out in the Company's prospectus issued on 19 July 2022 (a copy of which is available at www.moltenventures.com) ("Prospectus") and the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 published on 13 June 2022 (a copy of which is available at www.moltenventures.com) ("Annual Report").
The Options awarded under the DBP have a nominal value exercise of 1p price and are subject to LTIP deferral conditions before they can be exercised which, together with a summary of the DBP, are set out in the Prospectus and the Annual Report.
After the grant of these Options, the PDMRs set out below have the following Ordinary Shares and Options:
