Pre-Annual General Meeting Information • May 10, 2023

The Annual General Meeting of Display Art Plc will be held at the Company's offices in Dali, on Wednesday 12 July 2023, at 4.00 pm, to transact the following business:

• 1. Examination of the Directors' Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022.
• 1. Election of members to the Board of Directors in replacement of those retiring.

According to the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. Panayiotis Neophytou, Mr. Panayiotis Kallis and Ms Yianna Nicolaou retire, but are re-eligible and offer themselves for re-election.

• 1. Determination of the remuneration of Directors.
• 1. Re-appointment of auditors and authorisation of the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
