Subject: Decision of the Board of Directors of Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited (the «Company») for the approval of the Annual Remuneration Report for the fiscal year 2022

The Board of Directors of the Company held on May 11, 2023 has decided the approval of the Annual Remuneration Report for the fiscal year 2022. Attached is the Report.

The Annual Remuneration Report as approved will be submitted for discussion as an item of the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders and will be published in electronic form on the Company's website (www.ellinasfinance.com), from where the document can be printed out.
