Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2022 and Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting

Norcros is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 and the 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Norcros announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2022 on 9 June 2022.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available on the Company's website by accessing: www.norcros.com

The 2022 AGM will be held at 11.00am on 19 July 2022 at Mere Golf Resort & Spa, Chester Road, Mere, Knutsford WA16 6LJ.
