The Company was notified on 15 June 2022 by the Trustee of The Future plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 324,175 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 14 June 2022 at a price of £15.899561 and then purchased a further 176,404 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 15 June 2022 at a price of £15.815717p per share.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company.

Following this transaction, a total of 550,005 shares representing 0.46% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
