ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE - Dividend Pavment to Shareholders

We wish to inform you that the AGM today, has approved the Board of Directors proposal for the payment of Dividend from the profrts of 2021.

The dividend will be €463.135 which corresponds to €0,03 per share or 17,650/o on the share nominal value.

The dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at 14th June 2023 (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be the 13th June 2023.

The dividend will be paid to the shareholders by the 3d July 2023.
