Transaction in own shares

Wilmington plc, (LSE: WIL 'Wilmington', 'the Group') the provider of data, information, education and training in the global Governance, Risk and Compliance markets, announces that, on 13 June 2022 it purchased a total of 65,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Group at a price of 235 pence per share. The Ordinary Shares will be held in Treasury.

Following the purchase, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 65,970. 87,762,785 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
