Share buyback programme - management of the programme within the closed period

Vistry Group PLC (the "Group") refers to the announcement published on 27 May 2022, in which the Board of the Group confirmed the launch of a share buyback programme (the "Programme"), in line with the Group's policy of returning surplus capital to shareholders.

The Group has today issued an irrevocable instruction to Numis Securities Limited to continue to manage the Programme, within pre-set parameters, during the closed period ahead of the publication of the Group's Half Year results on 8 September 2022.
