Derde kwartaal 2010 Trading Update

Rotterdam, 18 november 2010

Catz International bleef sterk presteren.

Third quarter 2010 Trading Update

Rotterdam, 18 November 2010

Current business third quarter 2010

Amsterdam Commodities (Acomo) reports that the activities in the third quarter 2010 continued to develop positively. Trading was profitable and in line with the favourable trend of the first half year. We saw high volumes and increasing commodity prices.

Catz International continued its strong performance. The integration of the new group subsidiaries Van Rees Group and Red River Commodities continued positively and the

results were in line with the expectations at the time of the acquisition. We are positive about the activities and the results for the remainder of the year and for 2010 overall.

The earlier announced acquisition of King Nuts & Raaphorst B.V. in Bodegraven was closed successfully in the beginning of November. The new activities in the trade and distribution of nuts and rice crackers will contribute immediately to Acomo's earnings per share.

Management and Supervisory Board confirm their earlier expectation that 2010 will again be a very good year for the shareholders of Acomo.
