NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS OF NINETY ONE PLC AND NINETY ONE LIMITED; ISSUE OF THE NINETY ONE INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

The Ninety One Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2022 and the Notices of the Annual General Meetings have been published today.

The Annual General Meetings of Ninety One plc and Ninety One Limited will be held on Tuesday, 26 July 2022 at 11am (UK time) and 12pm (South African time). In accordance with the dual-listed company structure, the Annual General Meetings will be held in parallel.

The record date in order to be eligible to participate in, and vote at, the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 22 July 2022 and accordingly the last day to trade on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange is Tuesday, 19 July 2022.

The audited financial statements reported in the Ninety One Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2022 do not contain any material changes from the results published in the Ninety One full-year 2022 results announcement released on 18 May 2022. The unqualified audit reports by KPMG, including details on key audit matters, are available for inspection at the registered offices of Ninety One Limited and Ninety One plc.
