The Board is pleased to announce that on 10 June 2022, the Company changed its name to The Global Smaller Companies Trust PLC. The Company will provide further details and rationale for its name change in the announcement of its final results to 30 April 2022 to be released on Monday 20 June 2022. The Company will also then announce a new ticker which, with the new name, will take effect on the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday 21 June 2022. The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and LEI will remain unchanged.
