AD Plastik Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) in accordance to clause 430 of Capital Market Act (NN 88/08 and 74/09) confirms that on the 9th of January 2014, disposed 20.000 of own shares (0,476238 % of the subscribed capital), based on a block transaction at the Zagreb Stock Exchange at the price 129.00 HRK.
After this disposal, the total number of treasury shares amounts to 17.762, which represents 0,422947% of the subscribed capital of the Company.
