CLS Holdings plc ("CLS")

CLS announces that European Public Real Estate Association ("EPRA") has reclassified CLS as a Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") on its Index

CLS announces that EPRA reclassified CLS as a REIT on the FTSE EPRA Nareit EMEA Developed Index on 07 June 2022. The reclassification will be effective from 20 June 2022.

Andrew Kirkman, Chief Financial Officer of CLS, commented:

"I am pleased to announce CLS' reclassification as a REIT on EPRA's index reflecting the conversion of our UK business to a REIT at the start of the year. This will further improve our comparability with peers and should increase our appeal to a broader range of investors thereby improving liquidity in our shares."
