Profit warning (June 2023)

The HARVEST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PUBLIC LTD, based on the Regulations of the Stock Exchange and Exchange Commission and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public, announces that its financial results for the first half of 2023 expected to be at the same levels compared with the corresponding period of 2022. Compared with the results for the entire 2022 is expected to be also at the same level.

This is mainly attributable to the revaluation of investments of the CSE-listed companies.
