ANNOUNCEMENT

Subject: Decision of the Board of Directors of Constantinou Bros Hotels Limited to assign the operation of the external audit to the audit firm Ernst & Young.

The Board of Directors of Constantinou Bros Hotels Limited (the "Company") acting within the resolution of the last Annual General Meeting of the Company, which authorized the Board of Directors to request offers from audit firms for the assignment of the external audit function and to determine their fees, requested offers from major audit firms in Cyprus.

The Board of Directors, after studying and evaluating the offers received, decided to assign the external audit to the audit firm Ernst & Young.

The above decision of the Board of Directors will be submitted for ratification at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company would like to thank PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd for the excellent cooperation it has had over many years and for the high level of service it has provided to the Company.
