The Sage Group plc. (Sage) announces that Annette Court has been appointed as non-executive director and Chair Designate of WH Smith PLC with effect from 1 September 2022. Annette will be appointed to the Board of WH Smith PLC as Chair on 1 December 2022.

There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.14R.
