ANNOUNCEMENT

Topic: Issuance and allotment of additional bonds of IDNA Genomics Public Ltd - 2 nd tranche

With the present, iDNA Genomics Public Ltd (the "Company") would like to inform the investing public that, pursuant to the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company, held on the 29th of December 2022, for the issuance of up to 6.000 convertible 8,5%, unsecured, non-guaranteed, 5-year bonds of nominal value €1.000 each (the "Bonds"), the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") decided the issuance and allotment of 100 additional Bonds of total value €100.000, being the second tranche ("Additional Bonds").

The issuance of the Additional Bonds brings the total number of the issued Bonds to 800 Bonds of total value €800.000. The Board will take all necessary actions for the listing of the Additional Bonds to the Bond Market of the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

The Company may issue further tranches of the Bonds up until the 28th of December 2023, bringing the total value of the Bonds to up to €6.000.000 (six million EUR).
