CANCELLATION OF LISTING AND ADMISSION TO TRADING

Further to the announcement made by PJSC "LUKOIL" on 5 May 2022, the Company today announces that the Financial Conduct Authority has cancelled the listing on the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange main market of the following securities:

(1)     Company's Level 1 American depositary receipts with ISIN US69343P1057;

(2)     Company's Rule 144A American depositary receipts with ISIN US69343P2048;

(3)     Company's ordinary shares with ISIN RU0009024277,

with effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) today, 7 June 2022
