Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

The Company announces that it was notified today that, Allan Lockhart, CEO of the Company, purchased 22,500 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in NewRiver at 88.94 pence per Ordinary Share on 7June 2022. Following this transaction Allan Lockhart holds 369,855 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

The Company also announces that it was notified today that, Will Hobman, CFO of the Company, purchased 22,339 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in NewRiver at 89.025 pence per Ordinary Share on 7June 2022. Following this transaction Will Hobman holds 133,374 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
