Miton UK MicroCap Trust plc (the "Company")

Redemption of Ordinary Shares

The Company has an annual voluntary redemption facility through which shareholders are entitled to request the redemption of all or part of their holding of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on an annual basis. The operation of the Redemption Facility is entirely at the discretion of the board of directors of the Company. The deadline for the 30 June 2022 Redemption Point was 31 May 2022.

The total number of ordinary shares in respect of which valid redemption requests were received for the 30 June 2022 Redemption Point was 14,614,999 shares (representing 13.38% of the issued share capital).

It is expected that the Redemption Price will be calculated using the Redemption Pool method. Further announcements will be made following the 30 June 2022 Redemption Point.
