Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022 ("Notice of AGM")

Following the release of Premier Food's preliminary results for the 52 week period ended 2 April 2022, on 18 May 2022, the Company has today posted its 2021/22 annual report to shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00 am on Wednesday 20 July 2022, at the Company's offices at Premier House, Centrium Business Park, Griffiths Way, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 2RE.

Shareholders who do not wish, or are unable, to attend the AGM in person, will be able to view the proceedings via a live videocast. Shareholders who would like to follow the videocast should email investor.relations@premierfoods.co.uk to request receipt of the registration details.

Copies of the annual report and Notice of AGM are available to view or download from the Company's website, www.premierfoods.co.uk, and have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism (NSM), and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
