Director/PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification

The Company announces it was notified on 31 May 2022, that:

a)   Billy Mackay, AJ Bell Investcentre Managing Director and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, purchased: 

(i)       34,907 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £2.864733 per Ordinary Share via his AJ Bell Youinvest SIPP; and 

(ii)         8,767 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.8515 per Ordinary Share via his AJ Bell Youinvest ISA; 

b)   Lynda Mackay, a person closely associated (PCA) with Billy Mackay purchased 8,741 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.85984 per Ordinary Share via her AJ Bell Youinvest ISA.

The above transactions all took place on 31 May 2022.

Following the transactions, Billy Mackay has an interest in 1,540,624 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.375% of the issued share capital of the Company.
