Update regarding new Chief Executive Officer

NCC Group plc (LSE : NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Group"), a leading independent global cyber security and resilience adviser, is pleased to provide an update regarding the appointment of Mike Maddison as Chief Executive Officer.

Previously expected to begin his role as Chief Executive Officer of NCC Group on 1 August 2022, Mike will now take up his position on 7 July 2022 having received permission from his current employer EY to do so. He will also join the Board on this date.

As previously announced, Adam Palser will remain as CEO until mid-June and will remain available to support an orderly handover. In the interim period, Chris Stone, Non-Executive Chair will become Executive Chair.
