UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 30/06/2023 The directors considered the unaudited financial statements of the Company for the period ended 30/06/2023, hereby attached as Appendix A.

RESOLVED that the unaudited financial statements of the Company for the period ended 30/06/2023 be and are hereby approved, as these were presented to the board of directors.

RESOLVED FURTHER that the officers of the Company be and are hereby authorised to release and/or publish the above said unaudited financial statements to the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) as per the relevant regulations of the CSE.
