Cancellation of shares bought back under buyback programme

PIP announces that 147,500 ordinary shares of 6.7p each (the "Ordinary Shares") previously held in treasury have been cancelled on 31 May 2022.

Following the treasury share cancellation, the Company's issued share capital is 537,493,640. The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 537,493,640 Ordinary Shares. Each share has one voting right.
