ANNOUNCEMENT

In order to better inform shareholders and investors in general, Demetra Holdings Plc announces that, based on the indications to date, without having at its disposal the results of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd ("Ηellenic Bank") for the third quarter of 2023, the Group is expected to register a profit in the first nine months of 2023, which will be increased compared to the corresponding period of 2022.

The Group's profit for the nine months of 2023 is mainly due to the inclusion in the results of the Group of the share in profit for the first half of 2023, attributable to the Group from its shareholding in Hellenic Bank as well as to the Group's investments in securities listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
