Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price

Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 2 March 2022 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the final dividend of 23 cents per share payable on 13 June 2022. The deadline for receipt of elections was 20 May 2022.

The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 951.08p.

The Scrip Reference Price is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 23 May 2022 and ending on 27 May 2022.

The Pound Sterling equivalent of the dividend is 18.3p per share and is based on the average USD/GBP exchange rate as published in the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 23 May 2022 and ending on 27 May 2022.
