Director/PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification

The Company announces it was notified on 30 May 2022, that:

a)  Michael Summersgill, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO) and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, sold 22,268 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £2.605 per Ordinary Share and then purchased via his AJ Bell Youinvest Individual Savings Account (ISA) 7,677 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.605 per Ordinary Share; 

b)   Lucy Summersgill, a person closely associated (PCA) with Michael Summersgill, sold 3,842 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.605 per Ordinary Share and then purchased via her: 

(i)         AJ Bell Youinvest ISA, 7,677 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.605 per Ordinary Share; 

(ii)        AJ Bell Youinvest SIPP 3,842 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.605 per Ordinary Share; 

c)   Sebastian Summersgill, a PCA with Michael Summersgill, purchased via his AJ Bell Youinvest Junior ISA 3,454 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.605 per Ordinary Share; and 

d)   Georgina Summersgill, a PCA with Michael Summersgill, purchased via her AJ Bell Youinvest Junior ISA 3,454 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.605 per Ordinary Share.

The above transactions all took place on 26 May 2022.

Following the transactions, Michael Summersgill has an interest in 1,195,812 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.291% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
