INTERFUND

ANNOUNCEMENT

The adjourned Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of "Interfund Investments Plc" was held on Wednesday, 4 October 2023, at 16.00, at 9 Archbishop Makarios Ave., 3rd floor, Nicosia, as well as via teleconference.

The Annual General Meeting decided, inter alia, the following:

• 1. It examined and adopted the Directors' Report and the Company's Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022.
• 1. Pursuant to the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. Plamen Borkov Paraskevov and Mr. Vladislav Athanasov Yonchev, members of the Board of Directors, retired with the right to be re-elected. Mr. Paraskevov and Mr. Yonchev offered themselves for reelection.
• 1. It re-elected Mr. Plamen Borkov Paraskevov and Mr. Vladislav Athanasov Yonchev as members of the Board of Directors.
• 1. It approved the re-appointment of Grant Thornton Cyprus as the Company's external auditors.
• 1. The remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors for 2023 will remain the same as last year.
