A new custom-designed sound system from Bang & Olufsen is offered as optional extra in the new Audi A3 and sets a new standard in car audio in the compact class.
The new Bang & Olufsen Sound System for Audi A3 has been developed in cooperation with Audi and will be offered in the complete engine line-up. The system features 14 loudspeakers and a 15-channel amplifier delivering a total output of 705 watts.
The new Audi A3 with the Bang & Olufsen Sound System will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2012. The market introduction of the Audi A3 is expected to take place in August 2012.
The launch does not affect Bang & Olufsen's expectations for the current financial year.
