Public companies ERMES DEPARTMENT STORES PLC, WOOLWORTH (CYPRUS) PROPERTIES PLC and CYPRUS TRADING CORPORATION PLC wish to inform interested shareholders and the investing public that the Financial Statements for the year ended 31.12.2021 were presented at the Meetings of their Boards of Directors which were held yesterday, 15 November 2023 and their examination by the corresponding Boards of Directors has commenced.

In view of the fact that the audit procedures have not yet been completed in full by the Group's auditors in relation to the audit of the said Financial Statements, it was decided that the Meetings will continue and be concluded on Monday, 20 November 2023 for final approval, when they will be published and a relevant announcement will be issued.
