NLMK Board of Directors resolves to convene AGM on 2021 performance

At a meeting held on 24 May 2022, the Board of Directors of NLMK Group resolved to convene its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders by absentee ballot on 30 June 2022. The list of persons eligible to participate in the AGM will be settled based on the Shareholder Register as on 6 June 2022.

Proposals on agenda items for the upcoming AGM and on candidates to the company's governing bodies will be accepted until 3 June 2022 inclusive (the message can be found at the link).
