Re: Profit Warning for 2023

AGROS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY 'PROODOS" PUBLIC LTD (the "Company"), pursuant to the relevant regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, and in order to better inform shareholders and investors in general, announces that, based on the financial data available to this day, the Company's results for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 are expected to significantly vary compared to the corresponding previous financial year.

Specifically, the operating profit and revenue for 2023 are expected to be improved compared to the corresponding results of 2022. The main reason of this improvement of results is the fact that during 2023 Rodon Hotel, which is the main asset of the Company, has been registering increased occupancy. Increased occupancy is mainly due to the hospitality scheme of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, which pertained to Ukrainian refugees.
