Re: CORRECTIVE NOTE WITH REGARD TO THE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE CODE Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022

In the company's financial statements for 2022, which were posted on 11 April 2023, it was inadvertently stated that the Company has adopted the Corporate Governance Code.

The Company has securities listed on the Alternative Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, but does not apply the Code, considering the economic fundamentals of the Group, coupled with the lack of complexity in its operations and processes, the fact that the Group does not have a large number of employees and that its main operations are conducted through agreements with third companies. All of the above are arguments against the adoption of the Code, since the increase in the Company's costs that this would entail is not justified under the circumstances.

We therefore request that you take into account our corrective statement in relation to the application of the Corporate Governance Code for the year.
