Information provided by the Issuing Company on the acquisition by a shareholder of significant shareholding

Mallouppas & Papacostas Public Co Ltd (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to Article 19 of the Transparency Requirements (Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law, L. 190 (I) / 2007, as amended, (the "Law"), it has been informed by Mr. Polys Mallouppas of a change in the voting rights held in the Company. More specifically, on 19 December 2023, the direct and indirect voting rights of Mr. Polys Mallouppas have exceeded the threshold of 75%, reaching 75.066%.
