London: Informa PLC ("the Company"), the international Academic Markets, B2B Markets and Digital Services Group, advises that on 19 May 2022, the Company's Executive Directors purchased ordinary shares in the Company ("Partnership Shares") as part of the Company's all-Colleague equity incentive programme, ShareMatch. All the Executive Directors purchased their full annual allocation of Partnership Shares which, under the terms of ShareMatch, were then matched on a ratio of two Matching Shares for each Partnership purchased, subject to holding requirements and other rules of the programme.
