Profit Warning – December 2023

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order tο fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Harvest Capital Management Public Ltd, announces that the results for 2023 are expected to be at the same level compared with the corresponding results of 2022.

Losses, are due from disposal and revaluation of investments in the CSE.
