Further to our company's announcement dated 22 December 2023, we wish to clarify the following:

1. Since the date of its establishment, Mikosa Properties Ltd has not had any commercial activity other than the possession of the property situated on Limassol Avenue.
1. With regard to the property owned by Mikosa Properties Ltd, a valuation has been obtained by a qualified, experienced and independent valuator.
1. The consideration for the acquisition of Mikosa Properties Ltd was in cash and was settled with the issue of a bank cheque.
1. The acquisition is not expected to have a significant impact on the Group's prospects or results.
