Appointment of new Member of Board of Directors of the company ISCHIS INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED

We wish to inform you that at the Board Meeting of the company ISCHIS INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED held on Wednesday 10th January 2024, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr Antonis Andronikou as a new Non Executive - Independent Member of the Board of Directors.

Mr Andronikou is a holder of a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Reading and a Master's Degree in Management also from the University of Reading. He has worked in a Law firm in Athens as well as in Hellenic Bank.
