ΑΝΝΟUNCEMENT

Re: Decisions of the Board of Directors of Toxotis Investments Public Ltd Group on the approval and publication of the Annual Financial Report for 2022 and the date of the Annual General Meeting

At its meeting of Tuesday, 5 March 2024, the Board of Directors of Toxotis Investments Public Ltd, decided as follows:

• 1. Approval of the Annual Financial Report which includes the Company's final audited financial statements as well as the Group's final consolidated and audited financial statements for the financial year 2022 (the "Annual Financial Report") attached herewith.
• 1. The Annual Financial Report will be examined at the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, whose date will be announced at a later stage.
• 1. The AGM notice for the shareholders will be posted on the Company's website (www.toxotisinvestments.com), on the website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (www.cse.com.cy), and will also be published in the daily press. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Companies Law, no individual notices will be sent to the Company's shareholders.
