PJSC FGC UES announces the intended cancellation of listing on London Stock Exchange

May 06, 2022 Moscow, Russia - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company" or "Company"; MOEX and LSE: FEES), part of PJSC ROSSETI Group, and the operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG") of Russia, announces that May, 05 2022 The Company requested cancellation of PJSC "FGC UES" standard listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority of the Company's Regulation S and Rule 144A Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") (CUSIP: 313354201 and 313354102 respectively, ISIN: US3133542015 and US3133541025 respectively, SEDOL: B4XGSJ7 and B2RJ1T9 respectively), each representing five hundred ordinary shares of the Company and admission  to trading of the GDRs on the main market segment for listed securities on London Stock Exchange.

The Company also sent the notification of termination of Depositary Agreement.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 5.2.8, the Company expects that the cancellation will become effective on the 21st business day from the announcement.
