We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of AIANTAS INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LTD, held on Wednesday, March 20, approved the following:

a)The Directors' Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2022.

b) Maintaining the position of the board of Directors Members.

c) The remuneration of the Board members.

d) The reappointment Baker Tilly Klitou and Partners Ltd as auditors for 2023 and the authorization of the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
