Re: Setting of the date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Agros Development Company "Proodos" Public Ltd to examine and approve the Annual Financial Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and other related matters.

AGROS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY "PROODOS" PUBLIC LTD (the "Company") hereby announces that the Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, 24 April 2024 and, inter alia, will:

1. examine and approve the Annual Financial Report, which includes the Company's final audited financial statements for the financial year 2023,
1. set the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, and
1. examine the payment or not of dividend out of the profits of 2023.
