Update on LSE listing

PJSC Polyus (LSE, MOEX: PLZL) ("Polyus", or the "Company") announces that the Company obtained a permission from the Government Commission on Monitoring Foreign Investment in the Russian Federation to continue its depositary receipts programs ("DR programs").

The permission covers all the outstanding DR programs, including Regulation S GDSs (ISIN: US73181M1172), Rule 144A GDSs (ISIN: US73181M1099) and Level I ADSs (ISIN: US73181P1021), listed on the London Stock Exchange under the trading symbols "PLZL", "PLZA" and "PLZB", respectively.

The permission granted implies that provisions of Federal Law No. 114-FZ of April 16, 2022 requiring Russian issuers to terminate their depositary receipts programs (came into force on April 27, 2022) do not apply to the Company.

Polyus will separately evaluate listing options on stock exchanges in other jurisdictions.
