Proforma performance across the prior financial year 2021
London, United Kingdom, 13 May 2022 - Auction Technology Group plc ("ATG", "the Company", "the Group") (LON: ATG), operator of the world's leading marketplaces for curated online auctions, provides the following unaudited disclosure on historical performance in order to aid comparisons ahead of the Interim Results for H1 2022 on 19 May 2022.
The Group has made certain acquisitions that have affected the comparability of the Group's results. The prior period unaudited results have been presented on a proforma basis as if the acquisitions of LiveAuctioneers and Auction Mobility had occurred on 1 October 2020.

Auction Technology Group ("ATG") will publish its half year results for the financial year 2022 (the six-month period ending on 31 March 2022) on Thursday 19 May.
