TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notifications from:

Carl Ejler Rasmussen Holding Sweden AB, c/o Carl Ejler Rasmussen & Co. A/S,
Amaliegade 13 A, DK - 1256 København K, to the effect that the company today
has sold their holding of 2,120,846 TK Development shares, whereafter the
company has no shares in TK Development A/S.

Storm Capital Management Ltd., 100 New Bond Street, London W1S 1SP, United
Kingdom, to the effect that Storm Real Estate ASA c/o Storm Capital Management
Ltd. today has increased their holding of TK Development shares to a total of
3,293,980 shares, equal to 7,83% of the share capital.

Strategic Capital ApS., Islands Brygge 79 C, DK – 2300 København S, to the
effect that the company today has increased their holding of TK Development
shares to a total of 2,639,123 shares, equal to 6,27% of the share capital.
