APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) OF THE CYPRUS TRADING CORPORATION PLC

The Board of Directors of the Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc (the "Company"), at its meeting of today (Thursday, 11 April 2024), has decided the following:

1. The appointment of Mr. Vassilis Evgenios as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Cyprus Trading Corporation and CTC Group as well as his appointment as Executive Director of the CTC's Board of Directors as of 1 May 2024. He will report to the Board of Directors of CTC.

Vassilis Evgenios has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FMCG Unit at CTC, which include sits subsidiaries Argosy Trading Company Ltd, Cassandra Trading Ltd and Artview Co. Ltd since 2019. He holds a BA in Management and Marketing from Sarasota University of South Florida. He has a long and successful course in the management of Greek and foreign companies, both in Greece and abroad, mainly in the FMCG sector. From 2008 to 2012, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the European Sales & Marketing Association and its chairman for the 2010-2011 period.

• 1. The vacant post of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FMCG Unit at CTC will be filled and announced at a later stage. Until then, Vassilis Evgenios will continue to perform his duties as CEO of FMCG Unit at CTC in parallel.
• 1. The current Management Board will be transformed and renamed Executive Committee comprising the existing members with the addition of the CEO Vassilis Evgenios.

The Board of Directors of CTC congratulates Vassilis Evgenios and wishes him every success in his new duties, looking forward to a productive cooperation aiming at the sustainable development of the Group.
