New share option plan

Company Announcement to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority No. 33-2012, 27 August 2012

As announced in the Half-Yearly Report 15 August 2012, the Board of Directors has decided to grant new share options to the Executive Management and key staff (106 persons).

The share options total 313,984 of which the Executive Management will receive 49,422 options.

The exercise period is 2015-2018 and the exercise price is 356 based on the average closing price for the first five trading days following the announcement of the Half-Yearly Report 2012. Based on a volatility of 41% for the previous year, the Black-Scholes value amounts to DKK 34m.

The share option plan will affect this year's result by DKK -4m.                    -----------------------------------------
