ANNOUNCEMENT

At the meeting held on 11th March 2024, the Board of Directors of AIANTAS INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LTD examined and approved the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the periods from January 1 to June 30, 2020, January 1 to June 30, 2021, January 1 to June 30, 2022 and January 1 to June 30, 2023.

The results have been prepared pursuant to the International Accounting Standard 34 "Interim Financial Statements" and are in line with the provisions of the CSE Law and Regulations. They have not been audited by the external auditors.

The results are attached, pursuant to the CSE Regulations.

The results and the interim management statements will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in a national newspaper.
